Balfour Beatty is proud to share that 2811 Maple, located in Dallas, Texas, has been named the winner of the first ever Sto Panel Technology Project of the Year award.

This inaugural award recognizes excellence across the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction and design coordination to quality control, onsite installation constraints, and the final product. Selected from 15 submissions and evaluated by a panel of architects, 2811 Maple stood out for its comprehensive ex*****on and collaborative story.

We’re incredibly proud of the entire project team and grateful to Sto for recognizing innovation that continues to advance how we build.

We’re thrilled to see 2811 Maple recognized with the 2025 Sto Panel Technology Project of the Year Award! 🏆

Our team takes pride in delivering precision engineered prefabricated panels that bring architectural visions to life. The 8-inch deep triangular EIFS profiles allowed the building’s façade to achieve a stunning depth and shadow effect, exactly as designed while factory controlled production ensured consistency, sharp edges, and seamless installation across the 30 story tower.

This project was a 5 story vertical expansion built over an active hospital a true challenge in both coordination and precision. The architect’s vision was to extend the existing facade seamlessly, without visible panel to panel joints.

With some clever panel design and engineering, the BakerTriangle Prefab team made it happen.
