We’re wrapping up our October anniversaries with some big milestones!

Kim — 1 year
One year in, Kim has already become an important part of the leadership behind Team Virnig. Thanks for helping make Virnig a great place to work, Kim!

Raychel — 5 years
Five years of keeping the numbers organized and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Thanks for all you do, Raychel!

Paula — 5 years
Five years of keeping a close eye on the details and helping keep our financial operations on track. We appreciate you, Paula!

Sara — 6 years
For six years, Sara has been helping turn a lot of moving pieces into a schedule that keeps production moving. It takes plenty of organization, communication and flexibility, and she brings all three to the job.

Ryan — 9 years
Nine years of turning steel into Virnig attachments, one weld at a time. Thanks for bringing your skill and craftsmanship to Team Virnig, Ryan!

Robert — 13 years
Thirteen years is long enough to see a lot of changes, and to have a hand in many of them.

Robert has spent more than a decade meow helping guide the people, processes, and engineering work behind Virnig’s operations.

Thirteen years represents countless projects, decisions, improvements, and challenges along the way. We’re grateful for everything Robert contributes to Team Virnig.

Kaden — 1 year
One year of bringing skill, precision and a steady hand to the welding team. Thanks for being part of Team Virnig, Kaden!

Sandy — 3 years
Three years of helping keep our Tennessee team supported and our people taken care of. Thanks for everything you do, Sandy!

Jessica — 6 years
Jessica helps make sure the right materials make their way to the right place at the right time. It’s work that often happens behind the scenes, but she plays a big part in keeping everything moving.

Randy — 21 years
For 21 years, Randy has been putting care and craftsmanship into the small details that help make a big piece of equipment come together.

Small parts might not always get the spotlight, but getting them right matters, and Randy has spent more than two decades doing exactly that. His experience, consistency and craftsmanship are a valuable part of what goes into every Virnig attachment.

Roger — 28 years
Twenty-eight years.

That’s nearly three decades of watching Virnig grow, change and evolve, and helping make that growth happen along the way.

Roger has been a part of countless chapters in Virnig’s history, bringing experience, leadership and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a manufacturing operation moving. There’s a lot of institutional knowledge behind 28 years, and we’re lucky to have it right here on Team Virnig.
