The Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals (MSSPA) rescues and rehabilitates surrendered, abused and neglected equines. Many horses arrive severely malnourished and underweight, but the key to rehabilitation is monitoring weight. The MSSPA used a weight tape, but it was inconsistent and inaccurate.

🎂Our Summit floor scale was used for Scooter’s 25th anniversary to make the largest cake ball. It holds the Guinness World Record for the largest cake ball—weighing 848 pounds and 4 ounces!

💎Our 920i indicator and BenchMark mild steel bench scale were used to weigh the heaviest wedding dress. With 942,000 beads and 7 miles of beading wire, the 20.5-by-18.5-foot dress weighed 380.14 pounds!
