❄️ Winter Weather Safety Reminder ❄️

As winter weather impacts our job sites, remember to:
- Inspect and clear work areas of ice and snow
- Use salt or sand for traction and mark hazardous areas
- Monitor weather and road conditions—don’t risk unsafe travel
- Dress appropriately, take warm-up breaks, and watch for signs of cold stress
- Wear proper PPE, including gloves, hard hats, and non-slip boots
- Properly warm up equipment and tools before use

Staying alert, prepared, and protected helps keep everyone safe on site. 🦺
