For years, the classic ranch-style home has defined the landscape across southeastern Idaho. While that timeless design will always have its place, we're seeing more homeowners embrace a modern approach—one that celebrates clean lines, expansive windows, and a stronger connection to the incredible views that surround us.
This custom home is one of our most modern designs to date, offering 5,370 square feet of thoughtfully planned living space. Every room was intentionally positioned to capture the beauty of the landscape, with breathtaking Teton views from the back of the home and sweeping Big Hole Mountain views from the front.
Designed with multigenerational living in mind, the main level features two spacious primary suites, providing comfort and accessibility for multiple generations. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, while an additional ensuite bedroom and separate living area create the perfect retreat for family or guests—offering privacy without sacrificing connection.
As home design continues to evolve, we love helping families create spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. This home is a perfect example of modern architecture, intentional design, and living in harmony with the landscape that makes southeastern Idaho such a special place.

Moving and stabilizing a delicate historic homestead requires an incredible amount of finesse, planning, and engineering expertise. What may look like a simple structure from the outside often requires extensive analysis behind the scenes to ensure it can safely stand for generations to come.
By designing a completely new foundation and structural support system, our team was able to preserve the character and history of this homestead while providing the strength and stability needed for its future.
Projects like this are a great reminder that engineering is much more than a stamp on a set of plans. Engineering protects investments, solves complex structural challenges, and helps turn ambitious visions into reality.
