Beginning June 1, we will be implementing some changes to our Child Watch program to ensure we remain compliant with state childcare regulations while continuing to offer this valuable service to our members.

📅 Our June Fitness Schedule is Here! 💪

A new month means new opportunities to move, stay active, and have fun at the Family Center! Please note a few changes from May:

✨ Shelby's Band + Strength classes have moved to 9:00–10:00 AM on Tuesdays and Fridays.

✨ Jane's Senior Fitness classes now run 9:00–10:00 AM Monday through Thursday.

✨ Gail's ZUMBA class is now 9:00–10:00 AM on Mondays and continues on Tuesdays from 6:00–7:00 PM.

✨ Gail's Piloxing class is now 9:00–10:00 AM on Wednesdays.

✨ Saturday mornings now feature Floor & Mat Workout with Jane from 9:00–10:00 AM.

✨ Please note that Kira's Wednesday Yoga class and Angela's Saturday Fitcamp class are taking a break for now. We look forward to welcoming them back in the future!

Whether you're looking for cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance, or a fun way to stay active, there's a class for you at the Family Center.

All fitness classes are FREE with membership, and adult drop-ins are just $10. Check out the full schedule and find your next favorite class—we can't wait to see you this June!

Cold Springs Family Center Summer Day Camp is still accepting registrations for youth entering 1st–6th grade. From arts and sports to science, water play, games, and park visits, there's something new to enjoy every day!

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten. ❤️🤍💙

As we spend time with family, friends, and our community today, we’re reminded of the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave so much.

The Cold Springs Family Center will be closed today in observance of Memorial Day. We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful holiday. See you all again bright and early tomorrow at 5am!

Curious about pickleball but not sure where to start? 🏓

Join us for Pickleball 101 at the Cold Springs Family Center! This beginner-friendly class is designed to teach you the basics of the game, including rules, fundamentals, and plenty of hands-on fun out on the courts.
