BG Buildings designed, engineered, and manufactured the material package for this 48’ x 112’ x 16’ commercial post-frame building. 🛠️

This warehouse includes 36" wainscot, (2) steel-frame walk doors, (4) 6' x 2' fixed windows, and (6) 12' x 14' overhead door frame-outs. It provides ample access, natural light, and the durability needed for day-to-day operations.

This eye-catching commercial cage-free egg layer barn showcases BG Buildings' designing, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities for agricultural construction. 🤩

The project features a 43’ x 389’ x 14’ layer barn, 34’ x 60’ x 14’ farm pack, and a 30’ x 40’ x 14’ manure storage. Supporting components include a 20’ x 46’ cooler, an 8’ x 10’-6” inset porch, cool cells, fans, and bird doors for efficient airflow and production. 🐔

Please help us welcome David Hobbs to the BG Supply team as our newest Estimator! He brings a strong blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience to every construction project. 👏

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Systems Management from Purdue University. He spent eight years as a Project Engineer before running his own residential remodeling and post-frame construction business. 🛠

With a problem-solving mindset and a calm, steady approach under pressure, David plays a key role in reducing estimating timelines and improving turnaround times. He helps ensure a smooth experience for BG Supply customers from the very first step. 🤝

Outside of work, David enjoys camping, farming, and restoring antique tractors. David and his wife are raising three children. 🚜
