Replaced a lift cylinder mount on a Volvo rock truck today, installed new bearing and repaired clevis on the piston for a new pin. Waiting on some retaining collars before mounting piston again.

Genesis shear rebuild complete and headed out to a job in New Bedford. Lots of buildup on these before Hardox wear plates and hardfacing. Replaced a blade pocket with a new one and machined to size to ensure proper blade gap. We did all the machining in house and got the blade gap to .005”.

Using one of our fly cutters to mill down a Genesis shear blade pocket. These come oversized and are milled to fit each shear to ensure proper blade gap. A total of .370” was taken off this piece. More pictures to follow as project is completed.

Wrapped up another tree companies truck this week, this truck required a new hoist to be installed. The original was broken beyond repair. Using all OEM parts makes for a nice clean install.
