The Redmond School District has sold a nearly 47-acre industrial parcel on the corner of Northeast Ninth Street and East Antler Avenue to Wild Mike’s Ultimate Pizza Company for just over $2 million, and plans to use the proceeds for major sports field upgrades.

It is great to see construction start on one of our surveying projects. We are excited to see Redmond's first year-round shelter open.

Bethlehem Inn, which has operated a shelter in Bend for many years, recently acquired the Greenway Motel in Redmond for a new high-barrier homeless shelter through the state-funded Project Turnkey program, Compass Commercial announced Wednesday.

With extreme housing prices, we are happy to see our Skyline Village affordable housing development take flight here in Redmond. 🎉

Redmond city councilors unanimously approved an ordinance to expand the city's urban growth boundary (UGB) and a master development plan for the Skyline Village project Tuesday evening.

No one likes detours but we do like nicely paved roads. We are happy to be a part of the process.

A paving project along 6.2 miles of U.S. Highway 97 in Bend is scheduled to begin next Monday, with nighttime single-lane closures on the Bend Parkway shifting into full one-direction closures and signed detours, starting March 14.

We are honored to help bring Wild Mike's Ultimate Pizza here to Redmond. Our community could benefit from the increase in jobs and close proximity to some pizza.

The Redmond City Council will hear plans next week for Wild Mike’s Ultimate Pizza to relocate all of its operations, including its corporate headquarters, from Clackamas County to Redmond.

Growth in Sisters is keeping up a steady pace in early 2021. Numerous commercial and residential projects are in various stages of approval and implementation.
