Basic responsibilities include working with walk in customers as well as phone call sales and support. Must have exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers. Ability to handle at times heavy phone traffic. Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment. A commitment to professionalism and willingness to represent the brand with integrity at all times. You will be asked to become familiar with the product and the brands you are selling and to become competent in the transmission industry.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, is a plus but not a requirement.
Experience in Automotive Industry is plus but not a requirement.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
