Busy week down at the Ol’ weld house…! Started the week off with forming and welding some SS roof covers for a food plant. Then we blasted an painted some stake truck sides after a bit of weld repair. And I continued on machining 30 more 2” thick SS Im-beds while Joe got busy dissecting a clam bucket off a CAT loader that is going to be fit with a some shinny new 1/2 thick Hardox AR200. Finishing up some other loose ends and then it’s off to enjoy the weekend! Take care everyone.

Hi all! Here are some pics of a S.S. “Picture frame” and trough that we did a couple of weeks back. The tank and alcove were placed outside where they needed to sit and we were asked to trim this big dog out with 11 gauge S.S. and add a pitched trough for when the plant does CIP ( clean in place), they can catch and dispose of all the goodies. Came together nicely. Passivated our welds and off to the next one! Have a great weekend.

Headed to the tar pit to deliver the goods! Fabbed an aluminum egress ladder to aid in access a couple different tank bottoms and also this platform to help ops fill a detergent tank. Grind on!
