We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity and we firmly believe that you'll see the difference when you choose our company. Our skills include welding with aluminum, stainless, and mild still. A CNC plasma table able to cut up custom parts and designs with great detail. We also offer custom heavy duty bumpers that will handle some of the toughest elements.

NOW HIRING: Full-Time Welder / Metal Fabricator

We’re looking for a dependable, long-term team member to join our shop. This role covers welding, metal fabrication, shop support, and/or field support.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days
Overtime available and welcomed on Fridays
Weekend work is very rare

Pay & Benefits

$20–$30/hour, depending on experience and certifications
We’ll pay for your certifications, raises with each certification
Aflac accident insurance paid by the company
Health, dental, and vision insurance available
Paid holidays
PTO begins accruing after a 60-day probationary period

Bonus points (but we will train the right fit)

Clean driving record
CDL
OSHA certifications
Welding certifications
Construction experience
