This week on "𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙒𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮", we ask Sean Spring our fourth question: "What do you drive?"

Sean: "Subarus—almost exclusively! My daily driver is a 2018 Subaru Outback. My RallyCross car is actually the very first Subaru I ever owned, a 1999 Subaru Legacy Wagon. And our current Stage Rally car is a 2002 Subaru Forester that Justin and I share, swapping between driver and co-driver duties depending on the event."

This week on "𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙒𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮", we ask Justin McBee our third question: "What certifications do you have?"

"Earlier in my automotive career, I held several certifications through the ASE (American Society of Engineers), including welding, air conditioning, and bodywork, among others. I keep the full list on hand to provide it when necessary. From my years in the Audio-Visual industry at Logicalis, I've also picked up more than 40 A/V engineering certifications."

This week on "𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙒𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮", we ask Phil Mickleborough our third question: "What certifications do you have?
Phil: “I hold a Master’s in Mathematics, which heavily influences how I approach vehicle dynamics, systems thinking, and problem-solving. My background is built on a mix of analytical thinking, high-level mentorship, and hands-on motorsport experience.”

Progress pictures of the fuel cell install. Paint and AN lines left to finish this project out. Being able to cut out sheet metal precisely and repeatedly with the CNC plasma has been an immense help on this project, taking out the small inaccuracies when copying over hole layouts between parts. What would be your first project if you had access to a CNC plasma table?

This week on "𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙒𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮", we ask Sean Spring our third question: "What certifications do you have??”

Sean: “While I don't currently hold automotive-specific certifications, I maintain several advanced nursing certifications focused on adult and pediatric life support. Those experiences have instilled in me a strong emphasis on safety, preparation, and remaining calm under pressure."

This week on "𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙒𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮", we ask Justin McBee our second question: "What skills or positions have you held?"

Justin: "My automotive roots run deep — starting at 16, I spent years doing bodywork and mechanical repair at Sun City Auto Body and Midway Chevrolet. In between, I ran sound systems for concerts and clubs across Arizona, before a career pivot into professional AV engineering. At Stage Zero Garage, I’m back to the hands-on automotive and fab work I love; now with even more technical skills."
