While reviewing plans and specifications during my 16 years as facilities and plant engineer, I continuously noticed significant gaps in designs which would end up costing thousands of dollars due to change orders if not corrected prior to the project being awarded for construction. We look at drawing coordination, specification consistency, constructability and how the design affects maintenance

of your facility. Bringing us on your team as a contractor for peer review is far more economical than hiring a full-time employee. Including inspection services compliments our peer review services. Seeing how contractors implement the plans in the field (either during construction or post-construction) provides insight into the various issues which occur during the construction process. Often times the plans look good on paper, but do not work that well in the field and the contractor will propose a better way to complete the work. These lessons learned are then taken into consideration during the review process.
