An image of our Sunsort was featured by our Argentinian partner Citromax Group on Jan, 24th, the International Day of Education. We would like to congratulate Citromax Group on the success of its education and sustainability program.

Interesting facts about the featured Sunsort: It’s a 6-lane wash side sorter that is a part of a 26-lane installation completed in 2019. It’s also where we achieved one of Sunsort’s momentous milestones: Citrus Canker detection. This was a collaborative effort between RTS and Citromax Group to train the Sunsort AI to specifically sort out Citrus Canker while performing its programmed grading. This was a testament to the power of A.I. and cemented its role in the future of packhouses.

At the heart of Pros Series Juicer is a compact motor that punches above its weight

To harness the motor’s unbridled power, the juicer’s body is formed from high-quality stainless steel; and to funnel all of its torque to the ri***ng bulb, it has flared base, which firmly planting itself on work surfaces. The bulb sits on a hair trigger, which revs up to its maximum spin with the slightest pressure from the fruit. The result is a light, compact, and tamed juicer which belies the power inside.

It’s no secret how our commercial juicers are put together: Our specification sheets have all the details and parts that you need to assemble one. Do you know that Sunsort ͣ ͥ can grade a fruit's "coarseness”? Top-grade fruit not only has to be blemish-free it also has to be smooth! Using special optics and AI, Sunsort ͣ ͥ is trained to identify peaks and valleys of a fruit from which it creates a contour map of the surface. This map allows the packhouse to sort these blemish-free fruits into more granular categories to yield higher profits!
