A special thank you to all the fathers and father figures across McKim & Creed for the guidance, support, leadership and encouragement you bring to your families, colleagues and communities every day.

And on World Hydrography Day, we’re giving a special shoutout to our Hydro Dads, who help map what lies beneath the surface while inspiring the next generation above it. These heroes don’t always wear capes, sometimes they wear life jackets!

Through detailed mapping and data collection, they help clients better understand underwater environments, supporting everything from navigation and infrastructure projects to environmental management and coastal resilience.

In our latest In the Field episode, Project Manager Josh Berard takes us behind the scenes at Wake Technical Community College's Perry Family Simulation Hospital in Raleigh, N.C., a state-of-the-art facility that will provide hands-on training in a realistic healthcare environment.
