GFBA was pleased to assist the Town of Salemburg in bringing their first deep well into service!

** MESSAGE FROM PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR **

History was made in the Town of Salemburg today! The first deep well put online today for water production.This well is producing 235 gallons per minute and will supply almost 50% of the water requirement for the Town. The well was installed by Bill's Well Drilling of Fayetteville and engineered by Robert Graham with GFBA and Associates, an engineering firm out of Raleigh. An emergency generator, for when we have power outages is being installed by Horne Brothers Generator Division of Fayetteville. Good work by all and a job well done.

I would like to thanks Mayor Joe Warren and the Town Commissioners for seeing the need and allowing the Public Works Department to move forward with this project.
