With the help of Mid-Atlantic Associates, our client successfully transformed a historic cotton mill into a modern self-storage facility through the NCDEQ Brownfields Program. Despite challenges like contaminant migration from off-site sources, this old building has been given a new lease on life!

We feel very fortunate we are able to help others. This month we would like to highlight YMCA of the Triangle! The mission of the Y is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Our spirits were higher than ever during a recent asbestos survey of a haunted hospital! A crew from both our Raleigh and Charlotte offices took on the week-long challenge of tackling this historic site. After a few spooky encounters (a black cat, bats, and questionable graffiti), we are glad to have had the privilege to be part of such an amazing project!
