We took a Nova Plus 35 with only a 60W tube and asked a simple question: how thick can it really cut? We ran 1/4", 1/2", and 3/4" wood, then 1/2", 3/4", and 1" acrylic, and finished with something we'd never tried before. Honest results, real settings, and a straight answer on where a low-wattage tube makes sense and where it doesn't.
