Our Company is expanding. We are looking for Experienced Fabricators and Millwrights for both shop and onsite work. Please note we are not a manufacturing company; this is not a production or assembly line job.

Candidates will be required to perform various welding procedures, using various materials to include stainless, carbon steel and aluminum. Job duties consist of, but not limited to, industrial onsite projects, rigging, custom fabrication, blueprint reading, forklifts, cranes, arial lifts, ETC. Welding certifications a plus but not mandatory. We require 4 years' minimum welding experience. We also have an opening for one apprentice, minimum of two years’ experience required.

Individuals applying for this position will be subject to a welding test to determine your experience as well as determining pay scale. Wages are between $15 to $30 an hour, again depending on testing results and experience. We pay weekly, with paid holidays, vacation time, uniforms, health insurance after probation time. 40-hour work week with overtime available.

We are hiring 4 experienced Millwrights/ Industrial Maintenance positions and 4 experienced shop Fabricator’s. Candidates will be required to perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding using various materials to include stainless, carbon steel and aluminum. Job duties consist of but not limited to industrial onsite projects, rigging, custom fabrication, blueprint reading, forklifts, cranes, arial lifts, ETC. Welding certifications a plus, but not mandatory. We require a minimum of 4 years welding.
Looking for strong work ethics, ability to work independently, make decisions regarding job assigned in a timely manner with quality results. Attendance is a must; individuals are expected to be on time when scheduled. Must be able to lift heavy weight (min 50lbs), job related duties include standing, bending, climbing, and working in various environments including outside. Individual is required to have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.

We are hiring experienced Pipe Welders for both company locations. Applicants must be able to take a 6G test for qualifications. We are also hiring Fabricators both for In shop and industrial onsite work. A minimum 4 years experience required to perform MIG, TIG, and Stick using various materials such as Carbon Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless. Duties include Pipe Welding, Rigging, Pipe fitting, Blue print reading, Mobile welding, Custom Fabricator. Certifications a plus, but not mandatory. Must be able to lift 50lbs, standing, climbing, bending, and working in various environments. Valid Drivers License required, reliable transportation, attendance is a must. A welding test will determine pay rates. Must be able to work independently, decision making abilities. Paid holidays, vacation time, uniforms, tool allowance and optional health insurance after 120 working days. Overtime is available as we have two companies located in Michigan with positions that need filled.

Announcing the reopening of Marshall Welding & Fabrication under new ownership starting 01/21/21. Jeremy Mault of Arctech Precision Welding will be taking over for Nick Heemsoth. Nick will be personally involved with the transition process for a period of time. We will be bringing back some of the former employees as well. We hope to continue the quality service that Nick has provided to all his customers throughout his career. Arctech Precision Welding has been blessed with great customer support from the surrounding communities. Without the wonderful customers who helped us get where we are, growth would not be possible. Thank you for having Arctech Precision Welding create this custom fire pit. We were asked by a great team of managers to create this for our local Quincy Mc Donald’s owners as a Holiday celebration gift. Enjoy many wonderful memories by the fire, have a wonderful holiday season.
