This week, Celerity participated in Northampton Community College’s Lineworker Trainee Program Employer Day Event. This event allows local employers to meet graduating students, in action, as they display their learned skills. Through years of attending this event, Celerity has developed a special relationship with the program. We have offered employment to numerous graduates from the program, many still employed today.

Celerity is a 2021 Bronze member of the Corning Network of Preferred Installers program (NPI). The NPI program consists of companies trained to the Corning installation methods, best practice standards, and values experience, quality and loyalty. Celerity has been an active Corning preferred installer since 2016.

Celerity is looking forward to our continued partnership with Corning Optical Communications and the NPI program.

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Celerity employees have been following CDC guidelines which include recording and submitting individual temperatures daily before reporting for duty.

As a way to maintain employee enthusiasm and encourage responsible habits, Celerity instituted a reward incentive program. The aforementioned Responsibility plan is pay plan that rewards the accomplishment of reporting daily temperatures, including nights and weekends.

While this program is being implemented to encourage employees to stay on top of daily temperature reporting, let us not forget that it is a requirement for all Celerity personnel.
