Next week we will be focusing on buying cores and junk cars. If you're a garage or mechanic - reach out to us for our current core prices. We buy alternators, starters, aluminum transmissions and engines, aluminum wheels, fuse boxes, 02 sensors and more.

We also buy complete junk cars (battery, wheels, factory catalytic converter, engine/trans)

Nichole here.. we are trying to find somewhere local that may have a (cheaper) office trailer for sale. We need one to use as a temporary office/scale house for our business to get things up and running. We have one we made an offer on, but looking for others just in case.

Springing into a new week... literally. 😄

Sometimes the best photo opportunities are hiding in the scrap pile.

A huge thank you to our sister, Markie, for spending some time around the yard yesterday capturing photos for us. She's helping us build a library of images for future posts and advertising, and we appreciate her taking the time to support our little family business.

Here's to a productive week, a lot of hard work, and seeing what treasures roll through the gate next!

There's alot happening over here to get opened up to the public! We got our electric pole set yesterday, we keep widening and leveling where we can to expand, trying to figure out where all our water is coming from and continuing to strip cars as fast as we can.

Our concrete will be getting poured soon for our scales and then the truck scale is next on the list and our office scale house.

When Dad spots a mini shopping cart in the scrap pile and sets it aside for Parker... and absolutely makes her whole day... ❤️

Some days your daily driver... is the junk you're working on. 😅

Not one... but BOTH batteries in our work truck decided they were done today. Right there in our own driveway.

A couple new batteries later and we're back in business!

And yes... it's a Ford. 😂 I know the Ford jokes are coming, so let's hear your best one. At least it had the courtesy to strand us at home instead of out on a job!

Now we're good to go. 💪🚛

Progress isn't always easy to watch.

Yesterday we said goodbye to the old scale house. It's another piece of the original coal company history that has to come down so we can continue building for the future.

Even so, we're saving a few pieces for my wife to incorporate around the property as a small tribute to those who worked here long before us.

With the old structure gone, we can move forward with the scale upgrades, electric service, and much-needed drainage improvements.

A special thank you to Caden Barrick with Barrick Brothers Demolition & Junk Removal for helping us all day. We truly appreciate good people and our friends who are always willing to lend a hand. If you need demolition, junk removal, lawn care, or a dump trailer rental, give him a call!

One project at a time... we're getting there.
