Lewis J. Palm founded Fulton Boiler Works, Inc. in 1949 with his invention of the vertical tubeless boiler as the sole product. The tubeless boiler gained rapid acceptance as the premier small steam boiler for applications including baking, sterilizing, and dry-cleaning. Through the years, Fulton's reputation for excellent customer service and high quality manufacturing has been well established.

To date, more than 100,000 vertical tubeless boilers have been shipped worldwide, with many of the original boilers still in operation. They braved the ever-unpredictable Central New York weather for a full day of fishing… now we’re leaving the rest up to the fish gods. 🙏

A Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) is a solid-state device that regulates the flow of power to an individual element or circuit within an electric boiler, providing precise control without the need for stepped power staging.

Fulton Engineered Systems:

Shown here is an in-process Fulton hydronic engineered skid system, on its way to be painted. This pre-packaged boiler plant includes boiler, pumps, valves, piping and hydronic specialties all constructed in our central New York manufacturing plant. Our hydronic skids offer endless customization with single point water supply, water return, power, control, condensate drain, vessel drain and gas supply as options. These custom solutions provide a ready-to-heat boiler plant that can arrive on site and be ready to provide hot water allowing labor to be allocated elsewhere.

This system will be headed off to New England in the coming weeks. Skids like these have been installed all over North America, ready to provide a reliable and efficient hot water system.
