Every step of these knives—from grinding to heat treat and finishing—has been documented along the way. If you've been following the reels, you've seen exactly what went into each one.

Every knife deserves a sheath built with the same attention to detail.

This reel captures the process of crafting custom Kydex sheaths for four Basilone knives that will be available tomorrow.

From raw materials to the final snap fit, every step is done by hand in the shop.

The best part of a knife build is when it finally starts looking like a finished knife.

These four Basilone knives are getting their handles installed and are almost ready for their final finish. Every knife is handcrafted one at a time in my workshop, with attention paid to every detail.
