This week our team attended the Manufacturing & Energy Growth Summit, supporting the West Virginia Manufacturers Association. We appreciate the opportunity to connect and share ideas with others, working to advance West Virginia’s manufacturing industry.

As part of Conn-Weld’s facility expansion, our team designed and manufactured a custom staircase entirely in-house.

Utilizing the same Conn-Weld Profile Wire and Urethane screen media found in many of our vibrating screen applications, the staircase reflects materials and craftsmanship at the core of what we do.

Now part of an active workspace, from the shop floor to the office, this staircase is a daily reminder that what we manufacture doesn’t just move material, it helps support the infrastructure people rely on every day, from the roads we travel to the bridges that keep us connected.

Last week, Conn-Weld welcomed students and educators to our Princeton facility for the Explore: The New Manufacturing — New River Regional Awards Ceremony.

We were proud to partner with PikeView Middle School on the Graphic Design Contest and the Academy of Careers and Technology (ACT) on the Manufacturing Innovation Challenge. Both teams delivered impressive work and we’re excited to see them advance to the state competition👏
