BODEC was honored to complete the substation and battery energy storage system (BESS) infrastructure that helps make this project possible.

BODEC will be attending the ACP CLEANPOWER Conference this June 1st-4th. The event brings together leaders across solar, storage, and transmission sectors, making it one of the largest gatherings in the clean energy space.

We’re looking forward to connecting, learning, and continuing to build what’s next in power infrastructure.

Did you know May is National Electrical Safety Month?

This month is dedicated to raising awareness around electrical hazards and promoting simple, everyday practices that help prevent injuries, fires, and equipment damage, both on the jobsite and at home.

Here are a few ways you can help prevent electrical accidents:

- Always assume power lines are energized and keep a safe distance
- Use proper PPE and insulated tools when working near electricity
- Check cords, outlets, and tools for fraying or damage before use
- Avoid overloading outlets or power strips at home
- Keep electrical equipment dry and away from water
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and verify before starting work
- Call before you dig to avoid underground utility lines
- Never attempt DIY electrical work beyond your skill level

Safety starts with awareness and is reinforced by the choices we make every day.
