There is always a trade off…

Character, that boxy pickup stance, a piece of Jeep history that nothing being made today can replicate. But drive one stock and you feel it fast. The comfort is not there and the power is not either, not by today’s standards anyway.

Here is the good news. You do not have to choose. A modern engine swap brings the power up to where it should be, and the right upgrades, seats, sound deadening, steering, suspension, can bring the comfort into this decade without touching what makes it special in the first place.

Old soul, new heart. That is how you keep a Scrambler feeling like a Scrambler while making it something you actually want to drive every day.

Progress on the 12v Cummins FJ60.
She’s on the ground sitting on the Method Bronze NV305 and 37” Falken Wildpeak M/T’s. The 6BT Cummins has been completely resealed and fitted with a Centerforce clutch kit. The brake hydroboost, Long Range America fuel tank, and Alcan springs have all been mounted.

The vehicles bring people through our doors. The relationships are why we stay in this business.

We could talk all day about builds and upgrades, but honestly, the best part of what we do is getting to know the person behind the rig. Their story, what they are into, why that Jeep or truck matters to them.

Take our friend Jason for example. He brings his JL in whenever something needs fixing or he is ready for the next upgrade, but somewhere along the way he became more than just a customer. We have taken trips together, shared plenty of laughs and always have a great time whenever our paths cross.

Jason, thank you for the friendship and the trust. That means more to us than you probably know.
