Comfort you can feel, not hear.

Every cooling system really has two jobs: lower the temperature, and pull moisture out of the air. Lean too hard on one and you get the other wrong, which is how a home can hit its thermostat number but still feel cool and clammy.

ThermaCEILING takes a different approach. We split the two jobs.

Temperature is handled by the radiant ceiling. ThermaPANELs run warm in winter and cool in summer, silently, with no fans, no drafts, and no ductwork pushing air around the room. Because radiant works by surface temperature, your body feels the comfort directly and more evenly than forced air can deliver.

Humidity and fresh air are handled separately, by a Build Equinox CERV2 with an integrated dehumidifier. It keeps the air dry and fresh on its own, so the ceiling never has to sacrifice comfort to chase moisture.

Smart Loxone controls tie it all together, room by room, holding every space in range and keeping the panels condensation-free automatically, even if a door opens on a humid day.

We’re excited to share the progress on our latest ThermaCEILING installation, which brings interior radiant heating and cooling directly from the ceiling.

ThermaPANEL + ThermaTRAK system: panels pre-designed in rows, clicking into place for seamless installation.

Drywall secures directly to the trak, maintaining a slim profile while eliminating bulky ductwork.

In cooling mode: warm air rises to the ceiling, where heat is conductively removed and cooled air gently circulates downward.

In heating mode: radiant warmth from the ceiling delivers comfort directly to people and surfaces—warming desktops, furniture, and occupants without overheating the air.

In collaboration with Pingora Construction Management, DYNIA Architects, and Summit Consulting Group, we provided a durable and efficient solution using Elevated Deck Systems' Bison pedestals and pavers, designed to withstand the challenging winter conditions of Jackson Hole.

Key Highlights:

Tight tab installation: The gap between the pavers is set to 1/8" by the tabs, ensuring a uniform and consistent alignment. This precision prevents shifting and maintains the integrity of the installation.

Edge restraints: Temporary edge restraints were installed to keep the area in place during installation, and once complete, the pavers were locked in place for long-term stability.

Thanks to our partnership with Pingora Construction Management, we were able to deliver a top-quality snowmelt system that meets the unique needs of the Jackson Hole Residence.
