With 37 traders, rookies and trainees, we have the largest trading floor in North America. As a team, we are continually growing by employing talented and passionate traders in all major building products. As a company that invests in its people, we ensure traders have the industry expertise needed to develop partnerships. Each of our new hires undergoes an industry leading 12-month training program. The results of which fosters a deep sense of camaraderie among our employees and trading partners.
