Corona 19 steps and plans going forward, we will stay open.
Hello Friends, as the Corona/Covid virus is starting to cause inconvenience to many households. I want to note that we are taking measures to continue being operational. We have 6 employees with 8000sq/f of space here at the shop so social distancing will not be a problem for employees. That said, we are looking at the following measures for keeping both our customers and employees safe.
1. All touch points of vehicles will be wiped down prior to initial inspection and before delivery.
2. Customers can drop off their keys and have inspection/diagnosis/repair discussions by phone, without any human interaction.
3. Credit card information for payment can be done remotely, and keys passed without human contact if requested. keys will be wiped before delivery as well as touch points in the vehicles.
4. Vehicle pick up and delivery services will be available within the 3 county metro area. This means that you do not need to leave your house to have your vehicle fixed. This service will be by arrangement and limited to the vehicles we can handle by the day.
5. Let us know how we can accommodate your needs as we go through this unique situation. We are uniquely known for making things happen.
Many of our customers love having their Land Rover knowing that it is capable of getting them through the roughest of times. As we approach some unsettling times in our near future, knowing that the beast in your driveway is willing and able to transport your family to safety is both comforting and assuring. Our goal is to make sure it is ready at a moments notice.
