Some exciting news! I have officially sold my laser and upgraded to a higher powered laser with a tube cutter! It should be up and running in my shop by the end of the month. This was a video sent of the test cutting done before it ships. I will be able to process up to 9" tube, pipe, channel, angle iron, and beams. And up to 1.25" steel plate.

Finished up the install on this monostringer staircase today. Very happy with how it turned out and so was the customer! Now time to start building the handrails and finish this job up.

With some simple jigs cut out, a couple magnets, clamps, one welder, and one torch, this staircase came out looking great! Very straight and flat! On to the next project!

Another fab table cut out. 4' x 8' with a 3/8" top. And made a bit of progress on this mono stringer staircase. Should have it finished up by the end of day tomorrow!

Another fab table in the works. A local water company needed a nice strong table to work off of but wanted to be able to add and remove different vices when they need it. It will get a lower shelf as well. Should be finished up early next week!

It's been about 2 months since my last post. I have been cutting lots of fab tables lately. The most recent being this table. It's a 5' x 10' table with a 1/2" top. 1800 holes 5/8" in diameter. Very good tolerances for a great fit for the clamps!
