Flatline Fabrication specializes in light to medium duty sheet and structural metal fabrication, with a focus in high tech stainless steel and aluminum products. From helping put your idea on paper, turning it into a computerized image, and ultimately fabricating a final product that exceeds your expectations. Along with custom designing and fabrication we also do contract welding, piece work, and

repair work. With over 10 years in working with stainless steel we also have a vast knowledge in working with other metals such as aluminum, mild steel, copper, and brass. We offer a wide variety of finishing options to give your project the exact look you want. A number two, also known as mill or satin, finish can be applied to your project. We can also apply a number four finish, also know as a grain or brushed finish, if that is the look you desire. Or a number eight finish, also known as polished or mirror finish, can be applied. If you would like to go with a painted finish we have a variety of compressed air spray paint guns to apply the exact texture and thickness you want. We also have close relations with several vendors who can chrome dip, anodize or powdercoat your project to meet your needs. Our highly trained and experienced shipping department is skilled in cleaning, wrapping, packaging and crating items to meet your needs and to ensure a safe delivery with no damages. Our projects have ranged in size from things as small as electrical contacts that were about the size of a watch battery, gate handles and address numbers to things as large as 45 foot long deep fat fryers for industrial food processing and aerospace jet engines. As you can see no project is too small or too large for us and we give every project we do equal care and importance from start to finish in hopes of not only meeting our customers’ expectations, but exceeding them as well. With our quick turnaround we are capable of picking up your job, completing it, and delivering it promptly without sacrificing quality or structural integrity. All items go through a multi-step inspection before leaving our shop where they are tested for strength, quality and precision according to blueprint measurements. Our highly qualified office staff is trained in document control, scheduling, estimating, obtaining necessary licenses and labeling to meet your product requirements, and ensuring a smooth flow from start to finish. We have a very competitive shop rate that makes the quality of our work, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service unbeatable. We also offer piece rate pricing for any projects of large duplicated quantities upon completion of one item at our hourly shop rate.
