Great conversations, great customers, and some unforgettable North Carolina BBQ!

ICS was proud to join Consolidated Pipe & Supply's Open House in Greenville, NC, where the unique small-group format created real opportunities to connect with customers, answer questions, and share solutions.

With attendees rotating through each vendor station, our team, including Todd Harrison, had the chance to spend quality time discussing products and helping customers find the right tools for their applications.

This project involved drilling a 36" diameter core at a 42° angle to a depth of 7' using an MDU3 core drill. Operations like this require detailed planning, specialized equipment, and a highly skilled crew to execute safely and accurately.

From Skeptical to Sold. 💪

During a recent field visit with the City of Shelton Waterworks Department, the crew got a firsthand look at the PowerGrit system and quickly saw the difference.

After testing the saw, team members immediately recognized the benefits over traditional round and ring saws, including safer operation, less excavation, easier maintenance, and cleaner cuts. One of the biggest wins was the ability to cut pipe bottoms more efficiently without awkward positioning or excessive digging.

A special shoutout to Antony Nguyen, ICS’s very own Product Applications Engineer, for leading the demonstration and showcasing how PowerGrit can help crews work smarter in the field.
