To our friends and customers -
We are experiencing something that our society has not been through in our lifetimes; and as of yet, we still don’t know what the full impact of the Coronavirus will be. However, there is no question that the virus has already had a significant impact in all of our lives and businesses.
Digital Scan 3D is committed to working with you in safe, smart and healthy ways in order to support your activities throughout this pandemic. As users, partners, and colleagues of Digital Scan 3D, we would like to keep you in the loop on how we are adjusting to this changing situation. Since last week, we took the following internal measures:
- We have reduced our office hours and staff to maintain safe distancing standards.
- The majority of our workforce is now working from home.
- We are able to accept packages and work from our clients as usual, although we do request tracking numbers whenever possible.
- Scanning & engineering services continue to be available with minimal disruptions.
- Sanitary equipment has been made available, and hygiene measures are in place to ensure safe acceptance, handling and return of all scanned parts.
