The University of California College of Law, San Francisco, recently released this timelapse video of the 198 McAllister building going up. This building featured ONEWALL for its façade, and as you watch, you will see how quickly it went onto the project. Thanks again to GreyStar, Perkins&Will and Build Group, Inc. for making MiTek ONEWALL part of this project.

Located on Los Angeles’s renowned Miracle Mile, Wilshire Boulevard, just a few blocks from the world-famous La Brea Tar Pits will sit Mirabel. Benson is in the design assist phase with this new project, designed to let people live, work, shop and commute with ease. Mirabel will offer a total of 348 residential units - 38 of which will be affordable living - cafes, restaurants, shopping and much more to the area. Benson is proud to be part of this project with the team at Swinerton.

Benson is completing the design assist work on the University of Oregon KCASI (Knight Campus for Accelerating Scientific Impact). This 185,000 square-foot, multi-story building will be used for bioengineering and is located along Riverfront Research Parkway. We are thrilled to partner with Hoffman Construction Company on this project that was designed by ZGF Architects.
