Congrats to the April recipient of the Concrete Commitment Award, David Resch! David recently stepped outside his regular role to lead the successful operation of our new burn table and pipe groover—putting in extensive time, collaborating with Engineering, learning new software, and creating fixtures to improve efficiency and quality. His work has already helped save significant costs on a large Ultra Tech job and will continue to reduce lead times and expenses once the burn table is fully operational. David’s initiative, dedication, and positive attitude truly reflect our CFI values of commitment, teamwork, and impact!

Our LEAD team recently spent time volunteering with the Ozaukee Food Alliance, supporting an organization that plays a critical role in strengthening our local community.

Opportunities like this reinforce the value of teamwork beyond the workplace. Working together to support those in need builds perspective, accountability, and a shared understanding of the impact we can make when we contribute locally.

Thank you to the Ozaukee Food Alliance and to our LEAD team members for representing what it means to serve with purpose.
