Job description:

Job Summary
1-Stop Powder Coat / South FL Steel Erectors is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts by coordinating various aspects of construction projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Office Assistant will assist in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and management of project schedules using tools such as ProCore, Excel spreadsheets and more.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth ex*****on.
Maintain communication with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members and customers.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for management.
Support the procurement process by managing contracts and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Assisting customers with color selections for Powder Coating orders
Writing up paperwork for all incoming orders for 1 Stop Powder Coat Shop
Requirements

Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry is preferred but not a must.
Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
