The aspects of what this can do, yes the concrete slab is set to high therefore the bottom plate is hidden. This framing is for a 3 stud corner with an attic in a hip wall roof. Customer can’t decide between a hip wall or a full gable wall roof.

Generator Bunker and Propane coverage is complete with full electrical. Bunker has two 120v outlets, 1 switch activated led light and 1 photocell powered led light. The propane coverage has 1 switch activated led light and 1 photocell powered led light. This whole circuit is gfci protected!!!

We have now officially adopted a Chief Architect program that will be incorporated with all remodels and new construction. Take the next job we have coming up, it’s a 240 sq ft full kitchen tearout and remodel which includes 956 Sg ft of lvt flooring. Job also consists of removing a load bearing wall and inserting lvl beams or glulam beams to open up the kitchen and still help support the rafters above. This is the first draft of the new design and waiting for new add ones from the home owner. But very exciting news for us to help show the customers vision on paper before demo takes places.
