🍺✨ A Port Hope Brewing Company… that only lives in our dreams! ✨🍺

Meet one of our newest sticker designs featuring John, the owner, with Ryker riding along in the truck and a little piece of Port Hope history that almost became reality. 😉

Fun fact: When the Blums bought the building, they hadn’t yet decided what business would eventually call it home. John had always dreamed of opening a brewery… 🍻

… this is about as close as he got! 😂

We decided to bring his imaginary brewery to life — at least in sticker form! The Port Hope Brewing Company sticker features two beers: A Wish & A Prayer… because apparently that’s what it takes to open a brewery in your dreams. 🍺🙏

And of course, we had to include a few other Port Hope favorites in the sticker collection — because what’s a better way to celebrate our little corner of Michigan than with stickers that tell a story?

🐦❤️ Michigan hummingbird fans—this is an exciting time of year! 🐦❤️

As we head into late summer, fall migration is getting underway. Ruby-throated Hummingbird males are among the first to begin heading south, and you may notice more hummingbird activity at your feeders as these tiny travelers fuel up for their journey. August and September can bring an influx of migrating hummingbirds passing through Michigan, too.

That means now is a great time to keep those feeders full—and CLEAN! 🌺

A few important hummingbird-feeder reminders:

🧼 Clean feeders regularly. In warm weather, nectar can spoil quickly, so empty and clean your feeder every day or two when temperatures are high.

💧 Keep the nectar fresh. A simple mixture of 1 part white sugar to 4 parts water is all you need. No red food coloring, honey, or artificial sweeteners!

🌸 Keep feeders fresh even as migration slows. You can leave your feeder up as long as hummingbirds are visiting. Keeping it available does NOT prevent them from migrating when it’s time to go.

🐦 Give those migrating hummers a clean, reliable fuel stop! They’re counting on safe food sources as they prepare for their long journey south.
