Don't let a backup generator ruin your home’s exterior.

While most units blast intense exhaust heat directly into your home's exterior, the Briggs & Stratton PowerProtect+ is different.

It’s engineered with an exclusive front-facing exhaust that safely blows damaging heat away from your house. Plus, with built-in remote monitoring, you can track your power status from anywhere right on your phone.

One of the biggest generator misconceptions? A powerful standby generator has to take up half your yard. It doesn't.
Last week, a homeowner was surprised when we recommended the 13kW Briggs & Stratton PowerProtect Generator. They expected something much larger—almost shed-sized.
But here’s what most people don’t realize: power isn’t about the size of the box. It’s about the engine and how efficiently the system is designed.
The 13kW PowerProtect has one of the smallest footprints in its class, which makes a real difference when it comes to installation.
Why that matters for homeowners:
1️⃣ Easier placement – The compact design lets us install it in tighter areas while still meeting code requirements.
2️⃣ Cleaner look – It blends into the side of the home instead of taking over the yard.
3️⃣ Service access – Smart design means easier maintenance and lower service time down the road.
A standby generator doesn’t need to be oversized to be reliable.
Sometimes the smarter design is simply the smaller one.
