We just doubled our warehouse.

1,800 square feet to 3,600 — plus an actual office, which means Cyler and I will stop taking calls standing next to a pallet jack.

Two guys, a lot of equipment, and a territory that keeps getting bigger. This is what growth actually looks like: not a press release, just more room to stage the next install.

This is a recumbent stepper in the middle of getting its second life.

Seat and adjustment mechanisms checked. Pedals and drive components inspected. Resistance system tested. Bearings, electronics, display, and controls tested under use — not just plugged in to see if it turns on.

A refurb done right isn't "cleaned up and resold." It's a rebuild. When we hand one to a clinic, it needs to survive 40 patients a week for years.

That's the difference between used equipment and refurbished equipment. Most people don't know
there is one.
