We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Layout Manager to lead our Layout Shop team! This role is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing cutting and pre-fabrication operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and supervise the Layout Team
✔ Optimize cutting and bending processes
✔ Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met
✔ Train employees on PPE, equipment, and fabrication processes
✔ Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and BOMs
✔ Drive productivity improvements and corrective action plans

✅ Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in production/manufacturing
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with fabrication, steel cutting/bending, and manufacturing processes preferred

• Industrial Technology or Manufacturing-related degree
