21 years ago we made a vacuum cup and took it to the AWFS show in Las Vegas. We didn't even have a company name yet, so Mike put his own name on the cup.

Then a customer in Texas routed right down the center of a Biesse cup, and the replacement was $199. That was the light-bulb moment.
