Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, answering phone calls professionally, and utilizing Adobe software to publish our monthly magazine. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a creative flair for magazine publishing.
Key Responsibilities:
Excel Management: Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets for various office tasks, including data entry, financial tracking, and reporting.
Phone Communication: Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, providing information and assistance to callers as needed.
Magazine Publishing: Use Adobe software (such as InDesign) to design, edit, and publish our monthly magazine, ensuring high-quality content and layout.
Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including filing, scheduling, and managing office supplies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the office.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
