Lehman's Pipe & Steel Inc. "Your Complete Steel Service Center" R.L. Lehman Jr. began operating here in Pollok, Texas in the 1960's with a small part time operation.

We have always grown according to the needs of our customers. From a beginning of erecting steel buildings, manufacturing trailers, and agricultural products, we have evolved into a complete steel service center focusing primarily on supplying products to our customers. Lehman's stocks a broad range of structural steel, new and used pipe, and trailer parts. With the completion of our 36,000 square

foot warehouse, we have expanded our metal building component division into a complete manufacturing facility which enables us to rollform our own roofing. Three profiles, R, AG, and M panel are available. We can also build standard and custom trim up to twenty feet long. Call us for all your steel and metal building component needs. It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved truck driver and friend, Howard "Chief" Battise. He was a valued member of our team. He took pride in his truck and valued the friendships made with our customers. To us, he was family, and he is already missed beyond words. Please keep the entire Battise family in your prayers, especially his beloved children, Rachel, Britni, and Niko, as well as his grandchildren. He was so proud of them and always shared them with us through photos on his phone and stories he kept in his heart!

Funeral services will be Friday, July 24th at 11 am at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, with visitation before the services. Burial will take place at the cemetery on the Alabama Coushatta Reservation.

We will be closed on Friday, so our staff can pay their respects to their beloved friend!

James Griffith, fondly referred to as Griff or Paw Paw, is retiring, and we offer him our heartfelt congratulations. He first became a part of our team in August 1975, left for a period, and then rejoined in January 1998. After dedicating 28 years to Lehman’s, he has earned the right to retire and enjoy leisure time in his rocking chair on the back porch. We invite everyone to join us in congratulating James Griffith on his well-deserved retirement. He will be greatly missed!!
