Pocahontas Equipment is looking for a highly motivated, self-starting, and reliable individual to join our team as a mechanic. We are a family-owned dealership with three locations across western Iowa. Duties will include repairs and maintenance on agricultural equipment such as tractors, combines, implements, mowers, and skid steers. Technicians must provide own tools. Hourly pay will be based on experience and qualifications. Willing to train the right individual. Benefits include company paid family health insurance, paid vacation, Simplified Employee Pension (SEP), and more.

This position will require candidate to work with service technicians and helping customers get the parts they need. Job includes but not limited to looking up parts on computer, putting incoming parts away, inventory control, parts ordering and keeping showroom cleaned and organized. Need to have basic computer skills and good people skills. Must have knowledge of farm equipment.
