As we wrap up our International Women's Day and Women's History Month Employee Highlights, we're proud to recognize Claudia Krepsky, our HR Director.

Claudia plays a vital role in supporting our people and shaping our culture. Outside of work, she enjoys with her animals (especially as a proud kitty-momma), a great glass of wine, exploring new places to eat and being an active part of the community.

We're grateful for the leadership, heart and positivity she brings to Rohde!

Continuing our International Women's Day and Women's History Month Employee Highlights, today we're celebrating Melody and Jillian, from our Rohde Brothers Shop Team.

Melody has been with us through her apprenticeship and beyond, growing her skills and making a strong impact along the way. She is a valued part of the shop team. Outside of work, she's also a great cook, bringing that same level of care and creativity to everything she does.

Jillian is currently a Youth Apprentice who shows up every day ready to learn, work hard and take on new challenges. Her efforts and positive attitude make her a great addition to the team.

We're proud to have both Melody and Jillian as part of the Rohde team.

Continuing our Women's History Month, International Women's Day, and Women in Construction Week Employee Highlights, today we're celebrating Amanda Hintz and Madison Cogdill.

Amanda joined our Service Team in 2015. Her experience has made a lasting impact on the team! Some may not know this, Amanda is very creative, very crafty. She's very talented in repurposing different materials into something new, a reflection of her thoughtful and hands-on approach, both on and off the job.

Madison is one of the newer members of the Service Crew, currently working her way through the apprenticeship program, and, we may add, already crushing it! She consistently goes above and beyond, bringing energy and determination to everything she does. We're excited to see all that's ahead for her.

We're grateful to have both Amanda and Madison as part of the Rohde team! Thank you!!

As part of our International Women's Day, Women in Construction Week, and Women's History Month employee highlights, today's we're recognizing two incredible members of the Rohde Brothers team - Lisa Flood and Gail Leonhard.

Lisa is celebrating 10 years with Rohde Brothers! We all agree, she is one of the kindest, sweetest people you'll ever meet. Her positive attitude, willingness to help others, and steady presence in the front of our office make a difference every day for the whole Rohde team.

Gail plays a very important role, supporting both the Accounting Team and also our Service Team. Part of our Employee Event Planning Crew, Gail always brings a little extra fun to the workplace. And if you ask us, she'd be a rockstar on The Price is Right!

We're grateful for the dedication, teamwork and positivity that Lisa and Gail bring to Rohde. Thank you both for everything you do!

Rohde team members had a great day last week connecting with future talent at the North High School Career Expo in Sheboygan! Thank you to Claudia Krepsky, Matt Andrews, Nathan Gladney, Tanner Schultz, Todd Humphrey and Jaymon Stalter for representing Rohde!

With nearly 1,300 students in attendance, we had the chance to showcase some of the tools we use every day — including hands-on demos of our Total Station.

We loved answering questions, sharing career paths, and showing students how exciting a future in engineering and the trades can be. Thanks to North High School for hosting such an inspiring event!
