I'm excited to share a sneak peak of this project.

Originally built in the 1960s as part of Detroit’s push to expand its medical district, this iconic Midtown tower once housed generations of physicians and specialists. Many remember it best for the glowing “hammer and nail” sign that lit up Woodward for decades—a symbol of both craftsmanship and community.

After sitting vacant in the early 2010s, the building found new life through a thoughtful renovation, transforming it into residential space while preserving its historic character. Today, it stands as a reminder of Detroit’s resilience—where past and future continue to meet along Woodward Avenue.
