Earlier this month, we launched a new tradition, Spirit Week, bringing employees together to celebrate the people, values, and connections that make NuAire unique.

From fun dress-up days to food trucks and yard games, it was great to see so many employees get involved.

One of the highlights of the week was partnering with Greater Twin Cities United Way to give back to our community through a backpack-packing event. Together, our employees packed 100 backpacks for local students and families preparing for the new school year, along with collecting additional supplies through our School Supply Drive held late last month. It was a great opportunity to see the direct impact teamwork can have on our community.

Throughout the summer, we invited employees to share photos showcasing how they represent NuAire beyond the workplace through our "Where Do You NuAire?" campaign.

From sporting events and travel adventures to time spent outdoors, employees shared the moments, experiences, and passions that make our team unique.

At NuAire, our culture extends beyond the work we do each day. It's reflected in the people who make up our team, the communities we support, and the experiences that shape who we are. This campaign was a fun way to celebrate the individuals behind our success, highlight the diverse interests and connections that strengthen our culture, and recognize the many ways our employees bring the spirit of NuAire to life both inside and outside the workplace.

Last month, we hosted our first-ever Milestone Anniversary Luncheon, recognizing employees who reached or will reach a service milestone in 2026.

Leadership throughout the organization gathered to celebrate the dedication, commitment, and contributions of 26 employees whose years of service have helped shape NuAire's success. Among this year's honorees was Keith Anderson, who marked an extraordinary 45 years with the company.

Collectively, these milestone anniversaries represent an impressive 415 years of service to NuAire!

Last week, members of our leadership team participated in Flavors of Our Community, a volunteer event hosted by Greater Twin Cities United Way. As one of NuAire's first group volunteer experiences with United Way, the event served as a meaningful introduction to a partnership focused on giving back and making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.

The Flavors of Our Community initiative brings together volunteers, donors, and nonprofit organizations to pack culturally specific staples, spices, and ingredients that help stock local food shelves. By ensuring families have access to foods that reflect their traditions and cultures, the initiative helps create meals that feel familiar, comforting, and like home.

Through this effort, NuAire contributed to United Way's goal of providing more than 50,000 culturally specific and ready-to-eat meals for individuals and families across the Greater Twin Cities and surrounding communities.

As we continue to build our partnership with United Way, we look forward to expanding opportunities for all NuAire employees to get involved, give back, and make a positive impact in our communities.

We are excited to share the expansion of Compass Club to our NuAire team. Originally launched at Kewaunee, the program recognizes and reinforces the actions and contributions that define strong culture. This next phase of the program reflects the progress we are making together and the importance of our teams in shaping our shared success.

As our Assembly Team Lead, Rachel plays a critical role in keeping our production floor running safely, efficiently, and at the high standards our employees and customers expect.
