ODOT RMR Prequalification Update 👉

SME is now prequalified by ODOT to perform Regulated Material Reviews (RMRs). This allows us to support ODOT‑funded projects by identifying regulated material concerns early and helping teams make informed decisions during project development, property acquisition, and construction planning.

We can now provide the full range of RMR services, including:
